hey...today i was seeing the model paper....plz tell the answers for the following:

what is reference variable?
what is byte code?
what is the function of the keyword final?

A ref. variable(ref. var.) is another name of a memory location . Actually a memory location which stores the actual value can be accessed by different references (refrence variables) . Any change of value in ref. var. will be reflected in the original memory location . In java , all refrence data- types- objects and arrays are passed to the function by refrence .

Bytecode is a highly optimized set of instructions designed to be executed by the Java Runtime System - Java Virtual Machine(JVM).

The JVM is an enterpreteur for the bytecode

when a variable is declared final, it's value cannot change again. when a class is declared final, it cannot be inherited by any other class even if you use the extends keyword.
