1. Let the door be opened.
(This will not be "you are requested " because it is not mentioned in the Question as "please open the door" if it mentioned so then it would have been "you are requested to" ::::::::: I got it cleared from my teacher

2. Let the horse be saddled .( it is as same as Q1. )
4. Lives are spent in expectation by us
As for Q3 & Q4 I am a bit doubtful
So others plzz answer Very Happy

when the subject is not given, let should be used
