Short Stories

Hi folks,

I am pass out from 2002 ICSE.
We used to have Figments of Imagination as short stories at that time.
Do any of you folks still following that book.
If so, please let me know.. i want to find that book in the internet

ur books must have had these stories:- The Enlightened One,The Bet,Gift of the Magi,The Sniper,....

Hey, It's so nice to find someone else who also passed out on 2002. Wow, we all seem to remember these stories so long..
If any of you can remember the list of stories that were in the book.. Maybe I could help in getting them on the net..

Not sure if The Diamond Necklace by Maupassant was also in that book.

The Enlightened One wasn't there. You can find most of them just by googling.

I have passed out from ICSE board in 2003...
I wanted to know if anyone has read "the Cantilever Ghost"....if i m not wrong...it was in the prose section....probably for std 8....

I passed out in 2001. I've been desperately trying to get hold of this book!

As far as I can recollect, we had - Whitewashing the fence, The diamond necklace, Gifts of the magi, Love across the salt desert, The Bet, God sees the truth but waits and a few more. Great stories!

For poems, we had Images of Life and The Merchant of Venice for the Drama section. And for Hindi, we had Katha Kunj, Kavya Kali and another book, the name of which I cannot remember!
