Many women want to have long and slim legs. Generally speaking, five dietary skills can make your legs slim. You can follow these five skills in your daily life to make your legs slim.

First, you should avoid eating the foods which can make your body cold. It is important for you to keep the blood circulation in the body smooth. This is because the smooth blood circulation is the key to shape your legs. Blood circulation can send fresh blood and nutrients to the legs. However, a cold body can hinder the blood circulation and affect the normal transportation of blood and nutrients. Therefore, you should avoid eating the foods like tomatoes and watermelons which can make your body cold. Other foods like chili and ginger can effectively warm your body and accelerate the blood circulation. In addition, vitamin E can also improve the blood circulation in your body, improve the functions of cells, eliminate the edema of legs and improve your skin. The foods like spinach and sesame contain a lot of vitamin E.

Second, you should strictly control the intake of salt. The excessive intake of salt can destroy the slim figure of your legs. If the amount of salt in your body is increased, your body will need a lot of water to adjust the density of salt. Thus, a lot of water must be accumulated in your body to affect the metabolism and decrease the functions of kidney. Therefore, you must strictly control the intake of salt in your daily life. In addition, you must frequently eat the foods containing abundant potassium to expel extra salt out of your body. The foods like celery and carrot are rich in potassium. You can frequently eat such foods to accelerate the excretion of salt.

Third, you should supplement vitamin B complex to accelerate the metabolism of fat and sugar. Once fat accumulates in your legs, it is difficult for you to eliminate it. Therefore, it is important to accelerate the metabolism of fat and sugar in your body. Vitamin B complex plays an important role in improving the metabolism of fat and sugar. Vitamin B1 can transform extra sugar into energy and vitamin B2 can accelerate the metabolism of fat. A lack of vitamin B complex can make your legs fat and cause a lot of uncomfortable symptoms like backache. Therefore, you should supplement adequate vitamin B complex by eating the foods like peanut, pork liver and mushroom.

Fourth, you should absorb enough dietary fibers which can alleviate constipation. Constipation can cause the accumulation of stool in intestines, which can threaten the normal functions of blood vessels, lymph gland and groin. Once the functions of blood vessels, lymph gland and groin are disturbed, the edema of legs can be caused. What’s more, constipation can affect the discharge of toxic substances. As a result, these toxic substances can be absorbed by your body to cause many skin problems. It is necessary for you to supplement adequate dietary fibers. The dietary fibers can effectively absorb extra water and improve defecation. The foods like sesame contain abundant dietary fibers.

Fourth, you must supplement enough calcium to improve the bones in legs. Calcium plays an important role in protecting bones, teeth, muscles, nerves and blood. A lack of calcium can seriously cause muscular spasm and osteoporosis. If you want to have straight and slim legs, you must supplement adequate calcium. Protein and vitamin D can accelerate the absorption of calcium. Therefore, you must eat the foods rich in protein and vitamin D and the foods rich in calcium at the same time.
